One-to-One Awakening Guidance
For those that are wishing to get to know themselves deeply on a soul level and are looking for powerful and lasting transformation. The session combines coaching, meditation and energy healing techniques so we can identify what your soul came to experience in this life and the emotional blocks and fears that are standing in the way of that becoming a reality.
Through talking, creating awareness, meeting the forgotten parts of ourselves (inner child and shadow work) and energetic processing I empower you to rediscover your true nature and what you want from a life when it is created through conscious choices.
This is a process and a journey of self-discovery that happens over time. We will partner for a minimum of 3 months and meet weekly or twice a month depending on what you wish to experience.
I am available to you via WhatsApp in between sessions. I also may set you tasks to complete with your agreement and consent, and we will keep in contact via text/voice notes so you are always fully supported during the partnership.

In-Person Awakening Guidance, Cacao & Energy Alchemy.
This is a powerful 90-minute one-to-one session held in my home in Cornwall. We start with a Cacao and intuition setting for what you want to get out of your session. Then I’ll hold space where you can tell me what's coming up for you, where you may feel stuck, what you want to work on clearing, what is holding you back and what needs to change for you to create the life you want. Depending on what comes out of that conversation, I may work on guiding you to parts of yourself that need reconnection and healing. We may explore inner child or shadow work.
To finish I’ll invite you onto the therapy bed to relax so you can we can work on releasing and clearing out your energy to make space for the new to come in. You’ll leave feeling more relaxed, calmer and clearer on what you need to do to create the life you want for yourself.
For the week after we will have an open channel where we can connect over voice notes or text for anything that continues to come up or if you have any questions you want to find clarity on.
